Join us on Thursday, September 15th for an evening of Wagyu and Wine.

Join Grant Jones, food editor of The Daily Telegraph, and Gerhard Baden, master butcher and owner of Schottlander’s farm in Gerringong, at Gemelle for an exclusive six-course dining experience featuring the highly awarded wagyu in each dish.

Wines from Saddler’s Creek Winery, a boutique 5 Star “Halliday” winery, will be expertly matched to each dish by their very own Hunter Legend, Phil Ryan.  Phil is one of the Hunter Valley’s most awarded winemakers who has over 50 years experience in the industry. 

Thursday, September 15th, 6.30pm arrival.
